Just scheduled an appointment with a doctor through Zocdoc.com and had a great experience with their service. My first try was canceled and my second try was rescheduled by the doctor office. Zocdoc staff both promptly called and emailed me to make sure that I had been contacted by the doctor office before they rescheduled me and everything worked well for me. They also gave me $10 Amazon gift card along with their apology for my inconvenience. www.Zocdoc.com is recommended.
